Fantastic location just a short stroll to the center of Desenzano. The rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of Lake Garda, perfect for sunny mornings. Breakfast has great variety, especially lovely when enjoyed outside. The staff are super helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room had a smoke-free environment, but the air conditioning struggled at times, which was disappointing. The bar next door played loud music late into the night, making it hard to relax on the balcony. No kettle or fridge in the room was a letdown, but snacks were available at the bar. All in all, the experience was mostly positive despite some noise issues.

Our room lacked a fridge, which was quite inconvenient. The air conditioning was also a problem. it didn't function properly, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the service could have been better, as staff did not assist with our luggage upon arrival.
